We will provide one poster board for each poster. You will find the number of your poster in the list of posters which will be available on-site in Antwerp. Please mount your poster on the board with your poster number. It is only allowed to use poster strips to fix the posters. You will get the mounting material on-site.  The posters will be presented inside the Marble Hall.

Please hang up your poster on the first day of the conference and take them down latest on Friday, 24 May, after the closing session. Left posters will be disposed.

1. Submit a scientific paper related to the presentation to the AquaConSoil special issue of Science of the Total Environment (STOTEN) journal.

This option is open to scientific papers only (of lecture presentations and special sessions). These papers will be subjected to a fast peer review by AquaConSoil dedicated guest editors and preselected reviewers; publication of the special issue is aimed within 8 months after ACS but all papers will be published immediately online after acceptance.

The submission system for manuscripts is now open and closes at 15 Sept 2019. Please follow the link to submit your manuscript for STOTEN (when you have indicated interest to submit a paper):

You will be informed about this when you have indicated interest to submit a paper.

Science of the Total Environment is an international journal for publication of original research on the total environment. The editors discourage submission of papers which describe results from routine surveys or monitoring programs and studies which are local in scope. The abstract, highlights and conclusions of papers in this journal must contain clear and concise statements as to why the study was done and how readers will benefit from the results. Please read the author instruction on the STOTEN website:

2. Publication of a full paper related to the presentation in the online AquaConSoil Proceedings.

This option is open to both scientific papers and papers that have a more practical character. The Proceedings do not involve peer review. Detailed instructions for the full papers can be found on the here. The submission is still open. Each submitted full paper will automatically be linked to the conference planner.

Authors should not submit the same manuscript simultaneously to ACS Proceedings and STOTEN.

3. Abstracts of presentations

The abstracts of all accepted talk and poster presentations will soon be available in the online programme planner (poster presentations will follow soon).
